Manufacturing Process

The process begins with Rotogravure Printing, where high-speed, precision printing is done on flexible films. This method ensures vibrant, detailed, and long-lasting prints using engraved cylinders.

Next, the printed films go through an Inspection Machine, which detects any print defects such as misalignment, color inconsistencies, or blemishes. Only flawless materials move forward to maintain high-quality standards.

Once the printing is approved, we proceed to Solventless Lamination. This step bonds multiple layers together without using harmful solvents, making the packaging more durable, flexible, and eco-friendly, then later proceeding to the Slitting Machine.
